With nearly two decades of experience in the Tri-Cities and a strong background in banking, compliance, administration, and customer service, Tarah is the organizational powerhouse behind the scenes. As Director of Operations, she keeps the team running smoothly, handling the day-to-day logistics, systems, and support that allow the agents to focus on what they do best.

Known for her attention to detail and calm, can-do attitude, she’s the go-to for anything that needs to get done right the first time. Outside the office, Tarah is a proud wife, mom to a teenage son, and an animal lover who enjoys baking, drawing, and spending time with her family.

She brings warmth, efficiency, and a people-first mindset to everything she does—and the whole team (and every client!) benefits from it.
